Due to the size and weight of professional billiard tables, shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. All tables are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with a nationwide network of certified billiard technicians. You can add professional assembly and leveling to your order during the checkout process.
What is your return policy on cues and accessories?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that chalked cues are considered used and are not eligible for return.
Are Rhino Billiards tables made of genuine slate?
Absolutely. All our full-sized tables feature premium 1-inch thick 3-piece slate, precision-ground for a perfectly flat playing surface that meets professional standards.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you provide warranties on your products?
